Repair was able to be done, but there was a small part that they didn’t have on hand, and said they would get and return w the final fix. Suddenly couldn’t find the part and asked if I wanted a new window. Said no, suddenly found the part and would be back when they’re in my area. Still waiting 2 weeks later. The workers were nice but didn’t speak English and a translator had to call me. Just a lot of hassle and weird late night (11pm) texts related to the job.
