Had to have a bathroom, basically, out back together after a remodel. Terry connected all bath room plumbing inan efficient and timely manner that far exceeded my expectations. The experiemce with Terry was a truly positive one. He was consistent with his communication which is always welcomed and needed. I didn't have to wonder about anything as he was careful to explain what all he would need to do to complete the job. He also evaluated and provided detailed information on possible "future" concerns. His respect and knowledge of plumbing was beyond exceptional and I fully intend to utilize his services again for additonal repairs/ upgrades in the home.

Terry responded to my request very timely and was ready to work. He was very honest and professional about communicating what he was doing every step of the way. We determined there was another issue in addition to what he actually came for that was likely caused by another provider. He attempted to resolve this issue also. I’ve never been more satisfied with a service provider in my home and will call him for any other repairs!
