Jamir is experienced and genuinely cares about the work he does. From the start, he took the time to carefully inspect my home, explain what he found, and walk me through a clear plan of action. He didn’t rush—he got right to work, pulled out the stove, removed my ineffective DIY materials, sealed entry points, and set traps, even leaving sticky traps, to use for lingering mice, which I did catch. We will schedule a two-week follow-up, which really put my mind at ease. Jamir is friendly, affable, and very detail-oriented. I felt confident and cared for throughout the entire process, and I highly recommend him.
We had SafeNest Pest Solutions come out for an initial roach treatment and the experience was great. The staff was extremely kind, responsive, and very informative. They explained the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood what to expect moving forward. Professional service with great customer care.
I live in west Philly and have been dealing with a mice issue for a while now . Used a few exterminators and SafeNet was by far the best one I found . They were very thorough with their investigation of my mice problem and made sure they communicated what there plan for extermination was . Very happy with the quality of service and the price was reasonable

When working with a new client, I start with a thorough inspection to identify the type of pest, the level of infestation, and any contributing factors. I then create a customized treatment plan based on their needs and walk them through the process. After the initial treatment, I schedule follow-ups if needed and provide advice on how to prevent future problems.
