Nico did great work. Responded quickly and showed up on time. He was able to provide me an estimate with just a description and photos and explained everything that was needed to fix the issues. His prices are fair and his work is very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone for plumbing needs. Job was completed within in 2 days after I contacted him.

Emergency Hero, Nico and assistant presented to my home on time prepared to complete the tasked job. In preparing to install the vanity countertop, it was learned that the countertop was broken during delivery from Lowe’s. Nico was very amenable to doing all that he could to insure the job got completed on this date. As a result, Nico traveled to pick up the countertop and completed the job. I am very pleased with the work of Emergency Hero. Nico was definitely my hero on this date.

When your garbage disposal goes down just days before the holiday you don’t expect to be able to get it fixed for a while, especially when you won’t be home much. Nico was a great find as he responded quickly and fortunately could come by same day and fixed the issue promptly.
