We've had Mr. Contractor do a few jobs at our house: window installments, capping, security door installment. They have always been professional and timely. We have referred them to neighbors and family.Sep 16, 2014
The worse experience I ever had to in counter by a Contractor coming into my home for repairs incomplete work lying to me as a customer about the total cost and also tried to take me for more money than agree because I was a single working younge women he tried to pull such an act on me then insulted me with harsh words because I refuse to pay him for unfinished work the most horrible experience I had ever encounter in my intire life ive seen this kind of stuff on the news channel when these type of contractor are invested for doing things like this but I thought it wuld never happen to meJul 17, 2014

- What types of customers have you worked with?Siding-Kitchens-Bathrooms-Windows-Decks-Doors-Carpentry-Concrete-Brick Pointing-Stucco-Porches-Beams-Additions-general contracting
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? When you are hiring a contractor do your research and make sure they have a good rating with the BBB and Angieslist, Angieslist is also a great way to see real reviews from people and not fake reviews alot of contractors put on the internet. Make sure they do not sub contract out their work and make sure they have all necessary liscenses and insurance (liability-General liability-Office of attorney genearl liscense # and PA liscense # and last make sure they are using the New Lead Safe Work Practices and have an ID# to show you verification)Also very important the cheapest price is not always the best. Alot of people hire on price and sometimes end up having to hire another contractor to fix the mistakes the previous cheaper guy made. Mr Contractor is not the cheapest and not the most expensive, we stress that to all our clients.
