BFG came out diagnosed the problem and fixed the issues I had. I’m happy he came out he brought to my attention a fire hazard I have with outlets. My treadmill is currently not working due to an outlet issue, but I’m hoping to get this repaired and have BFG come back out to repair the problem again. Thanks for taking the time to care if my treadmill needs. I would definitely use this company again!

Super smooth process. Excellent job over communicating. On the day of the repair I was reminded of the appointment. As it got closer I received a smaller window of arrival. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He even gave me some advice on the other equipment we have. Will absolutely be using them for any future repair needs.

Couldn’t believe I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day and our technician even arrived early. Fantastic, right?
