He very kindly did more than expected (a glide belt replacement for elliptical) by going over the whole machine and inspecting it for any wearing or damaged parts and loose joints. When the machine felt weird at the end he patiently went over it with me to find out what the issue was(in the end it was just bolt that was slightly out of torque) and was able to adjust it so it works perfectly. He brought all his tools and also wore little disposable booties when he was here so he wouldn’t get dirt on my floors—which was a nice touch and totally unexpected. Would definitely hire him again if anything else goes wrong with the exercise equipment."See more
