- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer military discounts to active/reserve/retired, veterans and LEOs. Of course, we also include the Coasties, even though they’re DHS. :-) I also offer a 10% discount for returning clients But wait, there's more!! 10% discount for a new client who was referred by a former client... and then....the referring client recieves a 15% discount on their next project!! Loyalty Counts!!! :-) I'm very upfront about my prices. Sometimes I give you a quote and after I get to the job and assess the requirements in person, the rate goes down. Never up, unless you add extra jobs that were not included in the original quote. For a standard hourly rate job (starting at $76.92 per hour) there is always a ONE hour minimum. Daily rate is discounted at $578.72. Hourly and Daily rates DO NOT include parts and supplies. **Travel and toll surcharge may apply if over 30 miles, depending on scope of work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with anyone that needs a job done. Mostly residential clients, but a few business clients that keep coming back. :-)
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My favorite projects are the kids play sets. I enjoy watching a big structure come together and I'm ALWAYS focused on safety for the kids. This is why I always perform a final inspection with the client (if available) and offer a FREE annual inspection in the spring!
