Khaled was extremely professional. He came when he said he was gonna come. He kept me informed on his arrival he was able to switch out my toilet brand new dispose of it for a very reasonable price and the toilet looks great. He even helped me beforehand on our initial consultation call show me how to cut off the water over the phone that was greatly appreciated. I even have them coming back to do another toilet for me. I will continue to use IPlumbit for any plumbing services that I need in the future thank you guys, five stars!

I was only allowed to select 3 items, but would also say punctuality and responsiveness are also great. Khaled came by quickly, diagnosed the issue, and made the repair the following day while I wasn't home. He also saw some things weren't up to code and addressed those items as well. I would be happy to work with him again, and would recommend him to others as well.
