- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 service charge fee. Service charge includes full assessment of issue, professional opinions, detailed estimate, and travel fee. Fee is waived if hired for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself. Assess the customers needs. Develop a solution. Present a proposal. Discuss proposal. Make adjustments based on customers feedback. Finalize and sign contract or agreement outlining scope of work. Start project. Execute tasks. Conduct a final review of the project or service. Reach out after completion to maintain the relationship, address any residual issues, and discuss potential future opportunities.
