Markus did our fix and flip from the demolition permit all the way to the final inspection. He is honest, has attention to detail and gave us progress feedback throughout the whole project. One of the things that was really impressive and that I really appreciated was that he tried to find out what we like and incorporated that into the project while also giving his recommendations. That really helped us work through some challenges and we ended up with what we had envisioned but even better because of Markus's input. I can't say enough about him. I am glad we picked him to be our General Contractor. Thank you Markus!

We are happy to offer monthly installments/ financing in cases where a clients allocated budget exceeds quote.

I have a finance degree, worked in finance for 3 years. Started a private equity company and have built and remodeled several homes.
