- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of a hairstyle is dependent on the client's hair type and length. In addition, to the hairstyle fee, I also charge a fee for travel (over 10 miles from my location) as well as the customer is responsible for any parking expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, first of all, I inquire in the date, time and place of when and where my services are needed. Next, I find out more about the hairstyle, number of customers (if I am booked for a party of people) as well as the nature of the event. Lastly, I check with the customer on any special requests and once all the terms are agreed on, a contract is signed. I typically requests a contract signature for bridal or big parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several certificates in commercial hairstyles and intensive hairstyling training.
