- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand that remotely, it's difficult to agree on a price, whether hourly or contracted. I'd always like to visit the project site and take measurements so I can prepare a free estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For both the client and me, it builds greater confidence to be able to plan the details of the project together. I can suggest ideas and explore implementation possibilities.
