I had an agreement with you, and we discussed the project and scheduled a specific day and time. After that, you told me that you would try to complete the work yourself and would contact me if you needed my help. I replied that it was no problem. A couple of days later, you contacted me again and asked me to come and help with your project. I agreed, and we scheduled another day and time based on your availability. The day before I was supposed to come, you rescheduled the appointment. This happened more than once. Later, you asked if I was available. I explained that I was currently working on another project and clearly informed you that I would contact you as soon as I finished. You replied that it was fine and that there was no problem. As promised, once I finished my project, I contacted you that same evening at approximately 5:00 PM, which was not late. You did not respond to my message. The following morning, you wrote that this was a reason for you to leave me a negative review. I believe this review is unfair because I communicated with you throughout the entire process, kept you informed about my availability, and made multiple efforts to accommodate your schedule, including after you rescheduled our appointment more than once. I have the complete message history documenting our entire conversation and showing exactly how the communication and scheduling occurred.
