Austin touched base with me almost immediately after I requested help with assembly of a play kitchen. We set up a time and even having to drive an hour, he was right on time. The directions included for the assembly were way over my head, but he knew exactly what to do and started right in. The manufacturer made an error with one of the pieces, and Austin pointed that out and then made corrections that worked perfectly. Very polite, very professional, very knowledgeable young man. I highly recommend Austin for any work you need to have done. He completed this in about an hour. If I had attempted it, my 2 year old grandchild would be graduating high school by the time I finished Mary Clinton
