I reached out at 9am and the owner of the company was at my house by 2pm the same day! He responded quickly, was very professional and a great value for the work we had done. Our IKEA bed frame was very squeaky and he tightened screws throughout the whole frame. Completely helped the bed. We will definitely be using this company again. I don’t have pictures because the frame was already put together.
