Well, all I can say is they responded quickly. I hate to have to give a negative review but the rest was subpar. The biggest problem was we specifically discussed that I needed a full motion TV bracket for a 100 inch Tv. I couldn’t have stressed it enough and he said he would bring it. Why do you show up with a regular straight bracket and try to encourage me to still use it? Just sad. So you get what ever you have, show up at my house and just expect me to use something that I didn’t want? I looked him dead in his face in front of his partner and said to him that you knew what you were supposed to bring. He apologized,but he should have told me that before he just showed up with the wrong bracket knowing it wasted my time. But thankfully I found another pro here on Thumbtack that was beyond exceptional and reasonable.
