- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pay a lot of attention to detail. Iv made a reputation of thinking in the customer shoes. I make it a goal to help in every way to make the customer happy at the end. No one’s more nervous then me. I gotta get it right no matter what the cost to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sit down & try understand what they want & need & see how I fit in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Orleans Tech. But I learned more growing up around it & remodeling kitchens & bathrooms for 3 yours & flooring for 3 yours.
