The work done was amazing! I was ready to purchase a new couch, but decided to try the cleaning process. The couch looks brand new!!! Absolutely amazing work.
Marguerite did such a great job cleaning my sectional! Everything looks fresh and smells wonderful. As someone with pets, she worked her magic, and my couch is practically new. My dog tried to “help” her, and she was so sweet about it. She was super nice, quick, and treated my home with care. I’ll definitely call her back when my furniture needs cleaning again.
Margarita was right on time, actually arriving a few minutes early, which I really appreciated. As soon as she came in, she immediately put on her shoe booties, which I thought was such a nice touch and showed how much she cared about keeping my home clean.
I guided her to the room where my headboard was, and after taking a quick look, she was ready to get started. She explained that she would be starting right away and that I should expect some noise during the cleaning process.
Margarita was finished within about 30–45 minutes, and her work was AMAZING! When she first finished, I was a little unsure about the appearance, but she explained that the fabric simply needed time to dry. Once it dried completely, my headboard looked BRAND NEW! 🤩
