- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing they could either increase or decrease. We are reasonable people so it's only increase during time customer want to add something last minute. Or if they left certain parts out about what needed to be done. But majoirty of the time we decrease jobs based on degree of difficulty. Explain I might charge you $400 for drywall but if I only did one wall the company will feel moral obligation to drop the price because one drywall is a hour task easily.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The contractor will introduce themselves, then identify the problem at hand. Next ask the homeowner for any preferences or do’s/don't in their home. Last complete the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everybody at the company has been through trade school and have received training, certificates and even licenses for their hard work
