- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair and honest, no unnecessary upcharge like most other contractors. Contact me for a free estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is what the actual process looks like: - In-person estimate (short time after that estimate is sent) If chosen - 50% is due at the beginning, then the work starts - The customer or I can buy the paint (Premunim Paint strongly recommended) - Prep and Painting is done - Final walkthrough then the other 50% of the balance is due + reimbursement for any painting materials that were purchased to complete the job.
