Simply put, we love our carpets! Great service, timely and very professional. When our painter asked if the carpeting could be sequenced a particular way, Joe was very understanding and flexible. The steps look very good with the new carpets installed and my family is very happy with the choice. We will recommend Joe and hire him again without a doubt.

What a delight! Use Prudential now! Dependable, honest, respectful and nice. I asked Joe to install laminate wood flooring in my basement and carpet runners on the stairs. Beautiful tidy job. Cleaned up each day and the estimate time was spot on. And he dealt with my hyper dog each day without complaining. Wish I had more flooring to do, a company like this is hard to find.

From my first inquiry to several pros, Joe stood out. He responded quickly; gave us a reasonable quote; and answered questions. Then he started the job on time, worked hard and steadily for three days getting it done. And oh, is it beautiful! This was a tile floor on a new sunporch, but before he left we asked him for a quote on the wood floors we plan to install next--because this is the kind of company you want to do business with again and again. We're so pleased with the work, and so grateful to Joe.
