Nhan Nguyen is the owner and very skilled. He offered to come out to see the hardwood floor I wanted to refinish. He arrived promptly, assessed what was needed to get the result I wanted and promptly set up an appointment. He asks questions to understand your goals. I wanted a mirror finish. He arrived as planned with another member of his team and meticulously prepped the floor. Mr. Nguyen and his associate worked quickly and quietly to complete a light sanding and application of the first coat of poly. He is returning today to finish the two-day process. The floor already looks great!!! I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again!

I am incredibly pleased with Nhan and Pro Hardwood Floors II inc. We bought an old home and the 2nd floor hallway squeaked. We knew they needed some tlc prior to purchase. Nhan assessed the issue and was very clear about what was causing the squeak and what could be done to resolve the issue either temporarily or more permanently. The more permanent fix requires a solution we are not ready to take on. The temporary fix, meaning it could last a couple years, is the option we chose and is in Nhan's wheelhouse. Btw: the more permanent fix isn't what his company does. Nhan's price to resolve the issue is awesome! Nhan was punctual. He went above and beyond what we discussed. It is so nice to see there are still people who care about their work. Nhan resolved the squeaky hallway and he also took time to address the squeaks in our living room and dining room. I will be working with this company to refinish our floors down the line.
