In addition, strong knowledge of waxing, buffing, and burnishing techniques as well as chemical treatments used to restore wood flooring are necessary to run a successful business.

I went with Nhan after he was recommended from a friend and it was a great decision! He did great at explaining my floor and what was going to happen. Nhan also helped us out with some issues with the flooring, as well as fixing the squeaky parts. He did the job very fast, and left no traces of dust! Nhan always kept us updated, sending us photos of the floor as well as telling us to check the floor out in person. He was also one phone call or text away, always replying promptly! At the end of the job, we had a few concerns and Nhan came right out to the house and explained everything to us!

Nhan Nguyen is the owner and very skilled. He offered to come out to see the hardwood floor I wanted to refinish. He arrived promptly, assessed what was needed to get the result I wanted and promptly set up an appointment. He asks questions to understand your goals. I wanted a mirror finish. He arrived as planned with another member of his team and meticulously prepped the floor. Mr. Nguyen and his associate worked quickly and quietly to complete a light sanding and application of the first coat of poly. He is returning today to finish the two-day process. The floor already looks great!!! I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again!

Nhan knows his stuff and gets the job done for a reasonable price. He is honest, fair, and easy to work with. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
