I ordered my homeinspection with Real Estate Inspections and it was very thorough and detailed. It was a longer inspection but we also included the termite inspection. Grizz was punctual, having arrived a little earlier to take drone footage of the roof, he was very kind, gave us updates as he went through and also gave us tips for general household maintenance. I would recommend this company to fellow realtors and homeowners looking for a reliable company.

Gerry was the best!...he inspected two houses I was interested in buy and he was very thorough in his work. I’m a first time homebuyer and I didn’t know anything about the underlying issues a house may have, but Gerry explained everything to me so I was able to make a conscious decision to not buy the first home which was a newly renovated but “white washed” house. During the inspection, we noticed that all of the windows in the house were old and painted shut, there were so much other faults with the house which would’ve cost me over $50000 to get it up to proper standards. Thanks to Gerry I dodged that bullet and found the second house which is now my new home!...I’m very happy with my choice and soooo glad that I was able to save so much money in the process. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, booking was super easy, and the workers are knowledgeable and punctual. If you are a first time homebuyer call this company now! You will regret it, and their price is sooo worth it!!

Frank did a fantastic job with all the services we had, between the whole homeinspection, air quality test, and lead inspection. With all of the results we were able to get a great assessment of the issues we were facing in our home that we were renting! The prices may not be the cheapest but the quality and responsiveness more than make up for that

We may not be the least expensive inspection firm around, but people don't hire us because they are looking for a bargain...they hire us because they want the best. Like everything else in life, you get what you pay for and when it comes to getting an inspection for, what is likely the most expensive purchase of your life, you don't want to sacrifice quality to save a few dollars.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact our Team, we will walk you through the inspection process and be there to answer questions all along the way. We are well known for the highest level of customer service in the industry.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our inspectors have a deep building science and construction technology knowledge base. They also carry all required licensing and training in addition to multiple certifications in addition to the minimum licensing requirements. Our inspectors also are required to go through intensive in-house training and continuing education to reach and maintain a level of proficiency that is unparalleled in the industry.
