Nayla worked for 7 hours straight deep cleaning my home. She moved items to dust, vacuum, etc vs just cleaning around them. Years of pet hair and dust removed from corners of the home usually left unattended. My home truly felt like a lighter, happier place to be after her cleaning. Nayla was flexible when I had a scheduling issue and punctual. Nayla’s energy was kind and calm and I felt comfortable leaving her alone in the house (even my cat agreed!). I have been enjoying soaking in my bath after the attention Nayla gave to it and not wanting to touch my pristine oven and stove! Nayla speaks beautiful Portuguese so she will be prepared to communicate with English speakers through Google translate. You can either use this to communicate with her or text their customer service rep. as a liaison. The customer service rep was available for questions and comments before, during and after the cleaning. I am impressed with how much effort and time 1 person was able to give to cleaning my home especially at such an affordable price. I will be scheduling a monthly service to maintain the cleanliness and to include customized cleaning requests now that the base cleaning has been done. Thank you Nayla!
