FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very straight forward...I bill my time @ a labor rate starting @ $40 per hour to as much as $ 250.00 per hour .the labor rate depends on the task , whether material/supplies are included, whether it is a recurring job. there are several variables that are considered in estimating costs.... which is why I prefer to consult with my client in order to quote a price for services. Once I have quoted a price ,I stand by that price..unless something is added to the job by the client after the quote has been given. I am committed to doing EXCELLENT work @ a cost that has VALUE for the client. MY costs are PREMIUM and so is my PERFORMANCE and commitment to CUSTOMER SERVICE/SATISFACTION...GOOD COMMUNICATION is a key factor in establishing CLARITY for both client(YOU) and the service provider(ME).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I prefer to discuss the clients needs and expectations for the successful completion of their project...if it's a cleaning job, determining whether it's a one-time deep clean to get them back on track..whether there will be a need and or desire for recurring maintenance cleaning. If the project is an organizing project, what the time and budgetary constraints might dictate or require for a successful outcome. A consultation is my preference to determine whether my services are a good fit for the client prior to our making a commitment to do business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is an ongoing process ..there continues to be advances in the development of green products...the use of natural substances rather than caustic chemicals , ways to more effectively handle the cleaning of natural and synthetic fabrics/ fibers...new methods of organization that more efficiently utilize existing space..more efficient methods of packing and unpacking for relocation...designing and implementing strategies for safeguarding residential and commercial spaces for special needs populatons, such as the elderly or those with physical challenges
