Hired on Thumbtack

I hired J&A and agreed to a date for the job. The cleaner contacted me saying she needed to change the date. I agreed to the new date on the following Monday. When she didn't show up at the new scheduled time, I contacted her to ask if she was on her way. She said she accidentally scheduled me for Monday and Tuesday, so she would not be coming on the date I agreed to. She is very, very unreliable!

Details: 3 bedrooms • 3 bathrooms • Move out cleaning • Oven cleaning • Baseboard cleaning • No pets in home • Just once
