showed up a little late, I steam cleaned the floors after they left, and pulled up a TON of dirt. I was charged for 4 rooms when they only cleaned 2. I’m aware the house wasn’t cleaned very well beforehand by the prior owners, but I feel kind of taken advantage of. I texted the owner, and never received a response back. Wouldn’t use again.

I apologize for our late arrival; your home was a bit difficult to find. We quoted the price based on the information you provided regarding four rooms, and it was only after we had already billed you that you mentioned only two rooms were actually cleaned. We can refund you for the two rooms that weren’t cleaned. You hired us for a standard cleaning, not a deep clean, which is why we couldn’t move everything around and do everything you wanted—though we could certainly do that next time.
