- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, customers have some requirements regarding products and equipment for cleaning the floor, making the bed, organizing/cleaning a particular place. On the first day of cleaning we set aside time for this moment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our mother taught us how to clean and take care of our house. There was always a day of the week when we would get together to clean the house and organize things and then she would prepare a delicious lunch. With the teachings of our mother and the time of experience, we have improved our work techniques to better serve our customers.
