The gentleman at Perfect Gem were very prompt, very professional, and did a very thorough job cleaning my house and shampooing the carpets. The job was to get the house ready for new tenants and the new tenants were really pleased with how move-in ready and clean the place was. They were also flexible on meeting places and times for payment, and they called to let me know when they arrived and when they finished.

3 bedroom house including basement. Windows, windowsill, baseboards, cabinets and all appliances. Excellent job, looks like a brand new home. Thanks again for all the hard work. Oh, and I can't forget the carpet cleaning in all the bedrooms and hallway. All for a great price.

Very professional and thorough. They even carried the professional grade carpet cleaner up 8 flights of stairs. I plan to have them back to clean my new house on a regular basis
