Janaina helped me organize & clean my 3 story home from top to bottom... 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room... EVERYTHING! I am a single mom with an illness & I found myself caught in a vicious cycle. The mess in my house makes me depressed, my illness flares up when I am depressed, but I can't clean when I'm sick. So I was stuck! Janaina cleaned & made my house livable again. I struggle with folding & hanging clothes, so having help with laundry is great. Janaina works efficiently and somehow finishes tasks in one day that would take me weeks on my own. I work from home & I'm often on phone calls, but Janaina works quietly that it doesn't disturb my work. Now Janaina comes every 1-2 weeks. I felt no judgment about the mess when she got here because Janaina treated me kindly and professionally. She asks questions to make sure that I was happy with her performance. She is amazing!! I definitely recommend Souza Cleaning!
