I cannot speak highly enough of Sparclean! I have been looking for a cleaning service for over a year now and have had many teams come in my home and leave me disappointed, but Sparclean was the absolute opposite. Joyce communicated very clearly with me throughout the whole planning process and let me know what I needed to have on hand (only rags -- she brought everything else!)
Day of she was very clear about when she would arrive and communicated through delays because of Philly traffic. Upon arrival, she assessed my home, confirmed our agreed-upon estimate, and got to work.
To say my home was spotless was an understatement! She got all of the nooks and crannies, including dusting in places I'd never thought to dust. My home smells fresh and clean and is absolutely sparkling!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary from the size of the house and how often the customer needs cleaning. Weekly is usually the cheapest and monthly the highest.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like to go to the customer's house and give a better estimate before starting the job. If everything goes accordingly then We just set up a day and job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always helped my mom to keep the house clean since I was a teen. She is also a house cleaner and when I finished HS I started to work with her.
