FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide high-end quality for an affordable price. I waive the $20 estimate fee for jobs inside Philadelphia. I will always do my best to estimate properly and account for the cost. Color change costs more than a refresher coat of same color. An empty house is much quicker to paint. All of these factors influence how much I will quote for a job. Better pricing for repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see the job-site in person when possible. I usually ask for some photos to get an idea whether it is a job I am right for. Then I like to set up a visit to the site. Sometimes I can get working that day, but usually I will go home and provide a solid estimate the next morning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Fine Arts painting and was trained early on as a traditional oil painter. Art is about attention to detail, and a perfect finished product. Beyond this I have worked with very experienced interior painters who have incredible skills and dedication. The most important thing I have learned from them is the etiquette of working in luxury homes. We respect your sinks, your floors, your furniture and most of all, your time.
