Rip off. Lies about showing up and never shows up. Wasted our time. He scheduled appointments twice and never showed up. Last minute before claiming to show up increases price from $250 to $3,000. He’s a FRAUD!

He is living at 1265 N Church St which is a commerical area and he is fraud he is not living in a residential property there is not complete information about his address there are three other companies and also he is giving wrong estimate as the project requires more work as the wall is not 10 feet its is 15 ft according to the guy who i spoke with in his leasing office he ahmad is a fraud and he needs to correct himself before contacting a contractor. wrong address no one shows up on the place and client is a fraud. Also commericial real state is expensive and per sq ft price is 4 to 6 dollars depending on the area his area is expensive as he is in suburbs and there isnt much work of this kind in this neigbhourhood.

Complete joke of a contractor. Very foolish estimates and tactics. I suggest this guy be removed from Thumbtack all together. Complete scammer all that way. Original estimate was 3500. After two messages he changed it to 550 and I pay for him to stay at a motel for the night. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS SCAMMER!

This is complete joke of the century these advertisement are scam i paid 40 dollars to accept this and other offer and about other 100 dollars and nothing seems to be right these people have big huge task worth thousands of dollars and they are giving few dollars which is a shit talk.
