Derek saved our basement floor from another contractor who claimed to be able to do epoxy floors but left a mess that Derek and his team did an amazing job resurfacing and giving me the exact floor that I wanted. I would highly recommend him and would use him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices reasonable. 75% of the price is materials. I only use high quality products because I offer a one year warranty. Plus I include a 10% discount to all customers
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like a brief phone visit to introduce myself and get a general idea of the work their seeking to done. Then I would like to schedule a free visit to see the project to give a better quote and extend those savings into the customers. I would the explain the process which is needed to complete the project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor Degree in Business Construction and have my NACE level 2 training. I'm OSHA 30 certified. I’m a certified epoxy floor and decorative floor installer.
