Hi Angela. You books us for this job and we did everything we were supposed to do on our end. The day we were supposed to show up for service, you cancelled claiming you made a mistake and booked another company. We issued you a refund, minus a cancellation fee, and we ran into issues trying to process your refund, but you got your money back. Why are you leaving us 1 star?
