- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size and condition of the job, with clear estimates provided upfront. Discounts may be available for recurring or bundled services, while additional fees can apply for materials, disposal, heavily overgrown properties, or jobs outside the service area. A deposit may be required for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and straightforward. I start by getting details about the job (photos, address, and exactly what you want done). Then I provide an estimate or schedule a quick walkthrough if needed. Once we agree on the scope and price, I set a time, show up ready, and get the job done efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience running my own landscaping and property services business for several years. I’m also currently expanding my skills through masonry training, learning brickwork, concrete repair, and proper installation techniques. Most of my knowledge comes from real job experience, not just theory.
