- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually price by the project so things stay clear and easy to track. No surprise charges. If anything changes, we talk first. I try to keep it fair and upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick intro chat to understand what you need, then I build out a few tailored options. We pick a direction, refine it, and make sure it’s ready to go across whatever you need - social, print, merch, etc. Simple and collaborative.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor’s degree in design and have spent over 15 years designing for real-world brands, everything from start-ups to Fortune 100s. I teach design at the college level too, which keeps me sharp and always learning.
