The training,"Optimizing Summer Programming for Student Success: Achieving Outcomes While Having Fun," was an amazingly dynamic experience. When I attend any professional development, I want a presenter who is authentic and knowledgeable; Syreeta's was both. Her activities were thought-provoking, engaging, and practical. The open and honest discussions involving both the teachers and mentors created a great starting point for working as partners this summer. Everyone in attendance left her workshop motivated to making our summer program successful. I wish we had been able to spend more with Syreeta and hope that I get the opportunity to work with her again!!!

We used Mr. Gewertz to improve our company’s IT business processes. After much discussion and resistance, we decided to go ahead and use him because he had a project management methodology that was very different than any other we had ever used or seen. It addressed all the problems we were having on our IT projects and were unsuccessful at solving ourselves including several attempts with the support of big name consulting firms with much higher consulting fees and a lot less ability. It took only a couple of months for him to reengineer our IT Department and it was immediately evident our development efforts were much more cost and schedule effective and workforce communication was greatly improved. Over the longer run the occurrences of project scope and requirement creep and rework dropped considerably, almost disappearing. The value of the development efforts was substantially better, maintenance costs greatly decreased, and the users were actually satisfied with the new capabilities they were getting. The only thing he could have done better was convincing us to let him fix other operational efficiency problems we have in other departments and we are planning to bring him back in the future to do just that. Investing in Mr. Gewertz was a great investment for our company and has finally made investing in IT profitable.

I know MD and DE Landlord Tenant laws. My company handles all aspects of property management from application process to evictions. We handle all accounting, maintenance.
