I can't say thank you enough to Kofi! The move out was smooth, quick, and he made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. As a disabled person who's new to the city, he went above and beyond to accommodate me without asking for anything additional in return. Don't know what I've would've done without him. These Gentlemen Mike & Kryon were very professional, and very gentle with my items. As I gave them the wrong size van needed they made it work. I explained my budget and with me changing the dates, times, size van and giving the wrong amount of boxes I had to move, they still remained professional, very curiosity and understanding. Overall I wonderful experience with this moving company. They were extremely nice, respectful, patient, and professional from beginning to end. They made what could have been a stressful day feel so much easier. They handled my belongings with care and treated me with kindness and respect throughout the entire move.I truly appreciate their hard work and positive attitude. These movers did not know what they were doing. They struggled with moving my furniture, were unsuccessful moving certain pieces and then charged me extra for the extra effort of having to put the pieces they couldn’t move back. They dented one of my walls, scuffed my floor, and they didn’t even take the smaller pieces to the rooms they belong in - they just left them in my entryway.
