- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $100/hr for a 2-man crew with a 2-hour minimum. There’s a $100 flat fee that covers travel, equipment, and all moving materials. No hidden fees — everything is transparent upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by confirming the move details — addresses, floors, elevators, items, and timing. On the day of the job we arrive on time with our equipment, walk through the space, and create a clear game plan. Then we work efficiently, communicate throughout the process, and make sure everything is placed exactly where the customer wants it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked professionally in the moving industry for years, trained in proper lifting, loading, wrapping, and packing techniques. I have hands-on experience with apartment moves, storage units, stair carries, furniture assembly, and handling delicate or heavy items safely.
