Iāve moved more times than I can count and have hired professional movers every single time, but Prime Value Movers truly stood out as the best Iāve ever worked with. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring with every single piece of our furniture. Nothing felt rushed or careless they handled everything like it actually mattered, which is rare to find.
You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail. Moving is usually stressful, but they made the entire experience feel smooth and easy. On Monday April 27th I learned that I would need to vacate my premises by Friday May 1st. I had nothing packed and had no idea where I was going to go. This would be the perfect time to panic right?! My first thought was I definitely was going to need some help packing because I live by myself and most of my friends or family members do not live that close to me. Monday night I lept into action. A quick Google search for PACKERS in my area led me to Thumbtack. I went on Thumbtack, explained my situation, and almost immediately I got a response from Prime Value Movers. I couldn't believe it! I thought it was too good to be true! Ricky offered to come help me pack on Tuesday and even offered to buy any supplies I would need. He offered me the option of having another person help and gave me a discounted rate for the additional help. Given my situation I should have jumped right on it, but I was a little hesitant so I asked Ricky if I could think about it and call him back. He said yes I could, but to keep in mind he has a business to run so please don't take long. While I was pondering I looked at the notes for his business and it said on there PLEASE SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. Was my inquiry serious? YES. Do I value people's time? YES. So i called Ricky and told him let's do it! He had a customer in the morning, but agreed to come help me Tuesday April 28th in the afternoon. Tuesday comes around and Ricky is communicating with me throughout the day giving me updates on his ETA. The ETA kept getting later and later so I had my doubts about how it was going to go. He did stop at Home Depot for me and asked me exactly how many boxes I needed, the size of the boxes I needed as well as how much tape. Ricky showed me pictures while he was at Home Depot confirming with me the products before he bought them. The delayed arrival of Prime Value Movers was a blessing in disguise because it allowed me to take care of other things associated with the move. It allowed me to start packing on my own. Unfortunately, I did run out of supplies, but Ricky took care of that. I was also able to secure a U-Haul and a storage unit close to my current residence to place most of my belongings. When Ricky and his partner arrived I did not know what to think. They showed up in a small car with all the materials. They seemed old enough to be my kids( I'm in my 40s). Ricky had to move his car so while he did that I told the other guy what I would like done in the kitchen. He told Ricky when he came into the house and BOOM it was on! Like lightning in a bottle those men went to work! They did ask me if they could move the dining room table and I oblidged. Then they really went to work!!! I heard all this clanging in banging, but in my mind it was good noise. I remember when I was that age being super productive. It can get loud. Once I saw they were jamming I figured it was best to just let them do their thing while I try to get things done myself. I hired them for help, not to do all the work. Occasionally Ricky would text me to ask me questions about what needs to get packed. After an hour I informed Ricky that I had to pick up the U-Haul truck at 19:30. I was not expecting his response. He said he would help. I also informed him about the storage unit I rented out and was planning on filling up the following day. Again he said would help in the morning, but he was not sure for how long because he might have another customer to take care of. 19:30 came and we got the U-Haul. It took longer than anticipated, but the guys at Prime Value Movers were very patient and actually helped me with the process. I have rented U-Hauls before, but it has been while and each location seems to be a little bit different. Got back to my place and decided to do a little bit more packing before calling it a night. Wednesday April 29th I woke up ready. Ricky and his partner came and ended up staying until the job was done. That was two truck loads. Thank you Prime Value Movers

I was honestly expecting this move to be stressful, but it turned out way easier than I thought because of this amazing team!
They showed up exactly on time, got everything loaded quickly, and handled my belongings with care. Obviously, theyāve done this a lot and know how to move things efficiently.
What I really liked is that everything went exactly as they explained beforehand. The price was clear, no surprises, and the whole process just felt smooth from start to finish.
Overall, just a really easy and reliable experience. Iād definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company they can trust!
