From start to finish, my experience with U Rent We Haul was very professional. They genuinely wanted to make sure my boxes were carefully moved to minimize damage, helped me pack glassware and plates which received no scratches whatsoever, and were very fast movers! For the price I paid and the service I got, I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Donte helped me move out of my apartment in Princeton. Between him and my boyfriend, they loaded furniture for my 1 bedroom in under an hour! Donte was on time, professional, and knowledgeable and made my move out stress-free.

They were fast and professional. The 2 guys arrived on time and completed the move in a hour. They disassembled and reassembled a bed frame, moved several pieces of furniture, and 20+ boxes. Overall a great job! Also the hourly rate price is reasonable. I would recommend their moving services to friends. Thank you U Rent We Haul!

Booking the move was simple, the lady that answered the phone was polite, helpful, and answered all my questions... I filled out a simple form, boom bam boom, and i got an email that my move was scheduled....The guys they sent were awesome!!! They were polite, well mannered, and did the job I asked them to.. They carefully wrapped all my furniture and carefully unwrapped it at my new home. I got a sense of trustworthiness when they alerted me to a bag of money (loose change with some small bills) that was inadvertently left under a dresser. These guys are the real deal, if you want a pair of guys with a truck at a reasonable price, this is the company for you.

My wife and I are expecting a new baby so we hired U Rent We Haul to come rearrange the furniture in our house. Moving our 3 year old's stuff into the family room, moving sofas from the family room to our downstairs living room, moving the crib into our nursery, etc. The team was great! Efficient, polite and careful with our things. Very good communication beforehand as well. We would hire them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive hourly rates for local moves and all inclusive flat rates for long distance moves. We provide the most accurate estimate as possible when discussing the customers moving needs. We also provide flexibility in customer pricing and discounts based on customer loyalty and referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step to working with a client is assessing the needs of the client. Once the services we need to provide have been identified we discuss pricing. We provide low hourly rates and provide additional services as needed. We ask our customer to complete our basic Customer Information form and once we receive their information the customer is scheduled and receives a move confirmation. We answer any questions or concerns until the move is complete and provide constant communication throughout the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Revell Moving offers movers with 2-5 years of experience. Our movers have been trained to efficiently load a moving truck, pad and shrink furniture, pack and unpack as well as minor assembly and dis assembly our movers have been trained to provide the highest level of care when handling customers belongings.
