- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First lessons are discounted - 50% of the full price. After the price returns to normal at the second lesson, the price will not change for any reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lesson set up is fairly simple. In the first lessons, I like to establish baseline expectations: what the customer wants from the lessons, what we can look to accomplish in the near future, and what goals we can expect to set going forward. From there we can make a plan for future practice and lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actively perform with a variety of ensembles and perform solo recital tours. Furthermore, I teach master classes at Temple University and hold Masters degrees in Lute Performance and in Musicology, both obtained at the Peabody Institute of Music.
