- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rate is $50 per person with a 10-person minimum (or a $500 base fee). This includes the full chef performance, appetizers, fried rice, vegetables, and your choice of proteins. A small travel fee may apply for locations over 30 miles from 19116 (covering NJ/DE tolls and fuel).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you book, we confirm the date, guest count, and any dietary restrictions (Nut-free, Gluten-free, etc.). We arrive 30-45 minutes early to set up our professional grill. Then, it's showtime! You just provide the space and tables; we bring the food, the fire, and the fun.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional Hibachi chef with years of experience in high-volume Japanese steakhouses. I specialize in teppanyaki knife skills and fire entertainment. clean dining experience for your home party.
