- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the level of transformation, strategy, and attention to detail required to create systems that last. Organizing is more than making things look good—it’s about aligning your space with how you actually live. We offer thoughtfully designed packages tailored to your needs and goals, each broken into focused, manageable sessions. We work intentionally with a limited number of clients each month to provide high-touch, personalized support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a 15–20 minute alignment consultation to understand your needs, clarify your goals, and make sure we’re the right fit. This call is designed to take the mental load off your plate and help you get clear on next steps. If everything aligns, we move forward with a signed service agreement and get you scheduled—so you can move forward with peace of mind and a clear plan.
