Good Day Shakiya, I am always willing and able to work with all of my clients to accomplish their organization and declutter goals. But in order to do so you have to 1. Sign a contract first, which you refused to do. 2. You have to have a consultation, which you did, after rescheduling 3 times and cancelling one time, (resulting in a breach of the contract that you never signed) but your deposit confirmed that you read, understood, and agreed to your contract. Our contract also states that our fees are for two organizers. However, at 730 pm the evening before our session, you requested 2 more organizers. And one hour before our appointment,, I received a text that you needed to reschedule. Once I told you that I have to do another contract and your price would go up, due to the extra organizers, you didn’t respond and filed a dispute. After 3 weeks of a dispute, in which you told me I was scamming you, you then told me to come to your house and do the work or give you your money back or you would result to other things. In which all of our communication was sent to Thumbtack. Thumbtack refunded your money to be fair to us both. We are a professional business and myself and my employees’ safety are top priority. In addition, I did customize a shopping list for you. So there was work done. We strive to provide a level of expertise for all of our clients. As I said before, I wish you the best on your organizing journey.
