Hello! I'm glad you've decided to take extra steps toward your fitness and wellness goals. Currently, I do online remote personal training. This can be extremely beneficial for you, the trainee, in many ways. First, it will be much much cheaper than in-person training ($10-$20) per session. No need to worry about double booking or trying to squeeze into a prime time slot. The programs will already be made ahead of time for you to take with you and track from your phone. I'll never be far away with 2-way messaging and Skype availability through the system I use. Feel free to check out the website in my profile for more info. I hold multiple nationally recognized certifications in personal training and performance enhancement as well as a Master's Degree in exercise science. So you can be sure you're getting sound knowledge base behind your training regimen. I'm also here to answer any and all questions you may have. Eric is an excellent personal fitness trainer. I worked with him for over a year. Always punctual. He came to the gym in my building so that was convenient. Based on my goals - and limitations (weak back) - he created a custom workout that focused on my “core” and overall fitness. Eric kept a meticulous log which made it easy to measure progress and ensure a broad spectrum of exercises. This included cardio with kicking, boxing, and running, and resistance training with free weights, bands, medicine balls, and my own body weight. He is extremely knowledgable about the body and personal fitness. He is instructional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for personal attention and growth in fitness.

Eric is a very good trainer, he is always very accomadting to my crazy schedule. He pushes me when I'm complaining but knows when to take down the weights. I am appreciative that he is mindful of my injuried back, I would recommend him.
