FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently do Online Remote Personal Training. This training is done at a fraction of the cost of in-person training. These prices can range from $10-$20 per session and are usually paid on a weekly or monthly subscription. There is an option to do singular sessions if you'd like to be a little more flexible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial intake interview will be completed over the phone, Skype, or email. This is to get an idea of what you're looking to accomplish and if you have any physical limitation I should know about. This will also give me an idea of what type of equipment you have available to work with. An initial intake workout will be sent to you for completion, which will test your ability on major body movements and stabilization. After that, you will have a free two week trial to test the workouts and the system out. I am available through 2-way messaging, Skype, and phone call for any questions during the programs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order for me to keep my certifications in training, I am required to consistently take continuing education courses. This helps me to stay up to date with training concepts and also to learn more about different aspects of training. I currently hold a Master's Degree in exercise science. I am also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in personal training (CPT) and performance enhancement (PES).
