My firm belief is producing a solid foundation through motivation, creativity and specialized programs. My goals are to meet you where you are, then help build and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am passionate and committed to formulating and comprehensive training program to meet clients' needs.
I enjoy taking an individualized approach in personal nutrition planning, cardiovascular training and resistance training, not only am I able to guide my clients in establishing realistic short and long-term goals. I enjoy and understand the importance of listening when partnering for a positive, fun and successful training experience.

Jonas is very very passionate. During training, he would explain what part of your body is being work on. And he is very easy to reach too. When I had questions regarding training/training at home, I was able to get answers from him right away. Recommended!

Transitioning from a collegiate athlete to a working professional with a desk job took a huge toll on my overall health. It was tough to find the motivation to get to the gym after a long day at work. I started working with Jonas about three years ago and he changed everything. He's an incredible trainer, coach, and person. I highly recommend F.A.M.E. Fitness!
