Been working with Jonas for over a month now. Overall, I would describe our hour sessions as efficient, diverse, and motivating! I started being already a semi- athletic person, so my goal was less about the scale and more about toning/strength. Jonas will take some measurements regardless, just so you know how your numbers are trending. While we haven't done another measurement since my baseline yet, I already feel healthier and stronger. Every session, Jonas keeps you on your toes! He hits every muscle group, but can absolutely tailor each workout to your needs. Love that his exercises use less machines, but more free weights and your own body weight. He can also give tips on nutrition, which I appreciated. Lastly, one of my favorite aspects about Jonas, especially important for a busy student, is that he is flexible. He tries his hardest to make it worth with your location and your schedule.

It's been absolutely fun and challenging working out with Jonas! He keeps the workouts interesting and brings plenty of variety every time. He's focused on nutrition and exercise, and I could feel and see changes within a week. I needed a trainer who'd keep me encouraged (laziness comes very easily to me), and he's done exactly that! I would recommend Jonas in a heartbeat!

Jonas is very very passionate. During training, he would explain what part of your body is being work on. And he is very easy to reach too. When I had questions regarding training/training at home, I was able to get answers from him right away. Recommended!

I started training with Jonas once or twice a week in hopes to gain muscle strength and learn new exercises, and I have already learned so much about my body and what I am capable of. He always changes up the workouts so you can never get bored, and he will challenge you where you wouldn't challenge yourself. So excited to continue my fitness journey !

Extremely professional / Super motivating trainer. Keeps the sessions extremely interesting by changing routines every session. Pushes limits at every step of the session. I have not felt as good as this about myself or my body in a decade. And it's only been 2 months working out with him. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone. I have a serious wrist issue but Jonas creates routines around my limitations. Always on time and ultra responsive. Works around my schedule since my business makes my schedule change every week. I look forward to his sessions every week. Highly recommend. !!!!
