I recently started training with Jana. I'm very happy with my decision to work with her. She is very understanding and attentive to your body's need when working out. With that said, she will push you to push yourself. Our workout sessions always leave me sore and stoked for the next session. Jana offers the most complete package when looking for a professional. She is a trainer who adapted her style to fit the needs of the customer. She made my goals, her goals which made me see and feel the personal care in making me... The "best me." Her workouts are great for any type (male or female). I've seen her adjust same workouts for different people and different age groups. Always able to give a modification when needed. The service was gr8. I recvd high intensity workout and I enjoyed every minute of it. I was able to target muscle groups that I wasn't sure how to target. There was a lot of creativity with Jana. My only complaint is that the hour went by way 2 fast... :-DFeb 28, 2017

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start by talking about what are their short and long term goals. We also talk about if they have any limitations or ailments. With that information we then set up a routine and exercise plan to achieve set goals. Meal plans can also be discussed, upon clients request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I did the personal training program through ACE fitness. I also have a Master's degree in Psychology which helps when dealing with those in need of mental/emotional support during their training and personal transition.
